About the Organization
A better future begins with investing in the youth in our communities. This includes supporting education, health, social, and creative development. Rodman for Kids shines a light on possibilities and potential, creates pathways, and provides access to a better future for kids in need of support.
Rodman for Kids provides space and programs for collaboration, networking, professional development, and best practices to youth-focused charities of all sizes – from passion projects in the incubation stage to established community youth organizations to hospital pediatric units. In addition to this comprehensive support, Rodman for Kids also provides fundraising and organizational resources, as well as financial support to their Charity Partners.

How do we do it?
Community is a thread that runs through everything we do – Rodman for Kids provides youth-focused organizations with a supportive community they can’t access anywhere else but through our Charity Partner program, and we offer thousands of kids access to the performing arts community through our Theatre for Kids program.
Through our Charity Partner Program, Rodman for Kids brings together the leaders and staff of our Charity Partners to create a collaborative peer learning and support community, building their knowledge & capacity through professional and leadership development opportunities. Through these meetings, our Charity Partners are able to update us on their work and receive support for their needs in real time. By bringing our Charity Partners together on a regular basis, the conditions for deep relationships and new partnerships are created.
Through our Charity Partner Program’s signature cost-free fundraising platform, the Rodman Ride for Kids, we convene our Charity Partners and offer fundraising opportunities that increase participation, grow donor engagement, and ultimately raise more funds for their programs than otherwise would be possible. 100% of funds raised directly impact kids.
We also support our Charity Partners by providing access to unique, once-in-a lifetime experiences to the young people they serve through our Theatre for Kids program – opening their eyes, broadening their horizons, and inspiring their minds to possibilities beyond their own imaginations and neighborhoods.
The result is a strong, connected, and well-resourced network of youth-focused nonprofit organizations and opportunities young people have access to throughout the Commonwealth.
