Since it’s inception, Celebration for Kids has been a unique gala event equipped with a huge live & silent auction, dozens of local high-end chefs, and an incredible dance party to top off the night. Now in it’s 19th year, Celebration for Kids has raised over $15 million.
Impacting Confidence with ConfiKids
“Although our organization hosts and participates in many fundraising efforts, this event has been the one consistent way we have engaged volunteers, raised needed funds and networked with other nonprofits for support and advice. It truly has been an effort that our organization depends on each year to fund for hundreds of children in their enrichment, sports, music, and arts programs.”
NOW PLAYING: Marilyn Rodman Theatre for Kids
The Theatre program endeavors to broaden the horizons of at-risk youth and foster a lifelong appreciation of performing arts by exposing kids to live, professional theatre.
The Power of Relationships
“To be able to complete the ride, together, reinforces so much of what Friends of the Children and specifically our relationship has been built on. We joke around, we make a shared playlist to listen to on the ride, we look forward to it, but really we see it as an anchoring part of our relationship.”
