Meet Marisa Collins, Rodman for Kids’ Operations Manager! Marisa has been a part of the Rodman for Kids team since 2020, but worked with our Founder, Don Rodman, for almost 25 years! We’re so glad to have her as a member of the team.
We recently spoke to Marisa to learn more about why she loves being a part of the Rodman for Kids team.
What is your role at Rodman for Kids? What do you do on a daily basis?
Marisa: I’m the Operations Manager! Every day is so different. Depending on the day, I could be working on HR, financial or operations duties, or working to put on our incredible events!
What is one of your proudest accomplishments since joining Rodman for Kids?
M: I didn’t come on as an official Rodman for Kids’ team member until after our Founder, Don Rodman, passed away. I came into a role that was newly created. My first order of business was helping to develop accounting procedures, instituting HR and operations policies, as well as creating a benefits package. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come with our backend operations in the last few years!
What inspires you the most about the work Rodman for Kids does for kids in the community?
