As a catalyst and hub for collaboration, Rodman for Kids empowers more than 40 youth-focused nonprofits to strengthen their impact and better support the young people they serve. Through networking, professional development, shared best practices, and programmatic opportunities, we help organizations of all sizes grow stronger. In addition to this comprehensive support, we also provide fundraising and organizational resources, direct financial support, and strategic investments in our partners. Together, we create an ecosystem where collaboration, innovation, and mentorship fuel a cycle of growth and lasting impact.

Our History
Everything we do is driven by our desire to carry forward the legacy left behind by our Founder, Don Rodman and his wife, Marilyn Rodman, who devoted the last few decades of their lives to kids.
Don believed that every child deserved opportunities to dream, to grow, and to succeed. Our mission is to continue his incredible legacy to ensure his impact is felt on young people for years to come.
