About the Organization
Rodman for Kids empowers youth-serving organizations, elevating their work and strengthening their impact so they can better support the kids they serve.
We believe organizations can have an even greater impact when they have access to the right resources, relationships, experiences, and opportunities. By removing barriers and providing access, we help organizations build on the work they’re already doing and broaden what’s possible for the young people they serve, ultimately amplifying their impact.
Rodman for Kids acts as a catalyst, convener, and collaborator – working alongside organizations to remove barriers, connect them to resources and experiences, and create opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. That could be strengthening an organization’s capacity, network, or ability to raise resources with our Charity Partner Program, or providing access to an experience that expands what’s possible for the young people they serve with our Theatre for Kids program.
Across everything we do, the goal is the same: strengthen and empower the organizations that support kids so they can deepen their impact, create opportunities, and build brighter futures for the young people they serve.

Our History
Everything we do is driven by our desire to carry forward the legacy left behind by our Founder, Don Rodman and his wife, Marilyn Rodman, who devoted the last few decades of their lives to kids.
Don believed that every child deserved opportunities to dream, to grow, and to succeed. Our mission is to continue his incredible legacy to ensure his impact is felt on young people for years to come.
