Providing the Resources to Succeed
We recognize that for nonprofits to be truly effective, they need more than just funding—they need knowledge, connections, and opportunities to grow. That’s why we provide Charity Partners with professional development opportunities to strengthen their organizations from the inside out. Through workshops, networking, and opportunities to collaborate, we help nonprofit leaders strengthen their organizations and expand their impact.
In addition to professional development, we empower Charity Partners through the Rodman Ride for Kids, one of the only peer-to-peer fundraising platforms where 100% of the money raised by participants goes directly back to their organizations. This risk-free model ensures that nonprofits have the resources to serve more kids, expand programming, and launch new initiatives without financial constraints.
We don’t just help our Charity Partners raise funds—we invest in them directly. Through strategic financial support, we provide funding that strengthens their programs and ensures long-term sustainability. By believing in their missions and backing their work, we help our partners focus on what matters most: creating opportunities for kids.
Empowerment in Action: Neveah’s Story
Rodman for Kids invests in organizations so they can invest in kids. When 8-year-old Neveah lost her mother and faced financial hardship, she dreamed of attending The Soul Project’s Soulful Girls Summer Wellness Retreat—a program designed to uplift and empower young girls. But without financial assistance, it wouldn’t have been possible.
Thanks to ConfiKids and The Soul Project—both Rodman for Kids Charity Partners—and the resources they have access to, Neveah’s retreat costs were fully covered, allowing her to experience two days of confidence-building, connection, and self-discovery.
