Dear Friends,
As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, I want to take a moment to thank you for being part of a season grounded in one powerful word: Empower.
At Rodman for Kids, we believe that empowering youth-focused organizations is the first step in building brighter futures for the kids they serve. This means more than providing resources—it means standing beside them through change, amplifying their voices, and opening doors for the kids they serve. This quarter, we saw that empowerment in action.
Together, we:
- Brought 2,500 kids to a fully accessible performance of Peter Pan, complete with ASL interpretation, a touch tour, audio description, and a talkback that left the kids inspired and seen.
- Convened our Charity Partners twice for strategic conversations about the Rodman Ride for Kids —offering space, support, and solutions during a time of transition.
- Took 85 students from Taunton High School to see Moulin Rouge: The Musical! on Broadway, where they watched Taunton alum John Cardoza star in the lead role and met him after the show.
These moments weren’t just meaningful. They were empowering. Empowering kids to dream bigger. Empowering partners to lead with confidence. Empowering our community to face change with resilience.
In a world that feels uncertain and overwhelming, Rodman for Kids remains steadfast in our commitment to being a source of strength and stability for our Charity Partners. Empowering youth-serving organizations means more than offering resources—it means showing up, standing beside them through change, and helping them navigate whatever challenges come their way.
